Hi Reader,

I'm currently in the middle of making arrangements for a working holiday to Perth that Rick, Jake and I'll be taking next month. I'm going to be speaking at the WA CPA Congress, and I'm starting to think that making arrangements to go with a 10-month-old baby is going to take almost as long as the five days we'll be away! 

We've timed our flights to fit in with Jake's nap times, although now I'm thinking that might all change on our way home, if he starts to adapt to the hour-and-a-half time difference.

If you have any tips on travelling with a young baby and/or things we can do as a family in Perth, please let me know.

Funny, it's taken me forty years to get to Perth and Jake's due to go before he's one.
